1. My credit card has been rejected

Some banks reject credit card payments to Lottery Websites. If you are sure that you have entered the card details accurately and the payment is rejected, please contact your bank and ask them for what reason the payment is being rejected. Lottery24 does not receive a reason for refusal from your bank.

We are only told if yes the payment has been accepted by the bank or no. Unfortunately they do not tell us if the details are incorrect, if there are not sufficient funds available, if the card has expired or is blocked or if for any other reason the payment has been rejected.

2. What payment methods are available

At the moment, the methods of payment that we offer with Lottery24 are the following: credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Maestro), PayPal or bank transfer. The payments made by bank transfer can take up to 4 days to be credited into your customer account.

For customers with a German bank account we are able to offer Sofortüberweisung.
It is not possible to pay for any lotteries that are played on Lottery4 by cash or by cheque.

3. Can I play by cash or cheque?

It is not possible to pay by cash or cheque for any game on Lottery24. At this time we only accept online payments using credit cards or PayPal

4. Are the prices the same for every lottery?

No. The prices for each lottery vary. Each individual ticket cost will be different depending on the lottery you are playing.

5. Can I play without a credit card?

At the moment, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro are the only instant pay options. Alternatively you can make a bank transfer or send funds to a Paypal Account. 

6. Can I pay by PaPal?

Yes, you can use PayPal to pay for any lottery you wish to play on Lottery24. To pay by PayPal, click on the PayPal link to be re-directed to the PayPal site and continue with the payment.

7. Can I use the same credit card all the time?

Yes, you can use the same credit card you've previously used for the payment of other lotteries.
