SUPERENALOTTO JACKPOT APPROACHING THE €100M MARK
A few jackpots were won in the midweek lottery draws but the main draws in Europe and USA rolled over. The EuroMillions jackpot will be £113m on Friday and the SuperEnalotto jackpot is approaching the 100m euros mark.
There was more success in the Bonoloto draw this week. On Monday, one ticket won €581,939.27 as their ticket was able to get 15-18-29-36-37-46. There was another top prize on Wednesday with one ticket matching 09-17-20-40-43-46 to win € 587,398.85. A second-tier win of €175,404.88 was won by another ticket.
On Tuesday, the EuroMillions jackpot was £104.4m but will be £113m on Friday after another rollover. Tickets were unable to match 08-17-28-34-38 and the two Lucky Stars 06 and 12. There were five second-tier winners with two sold in Austria and another in Portugal winning €259,091.02 and one in the UK that won £158,759.50. A ticket sold in Switzerland won CHF376,750.55, not quite as big as last year’s winner from that country who won a CHF157,096,272.80 EuroMillions jackpot.
The SuperEnalotto jackpot on Tuesday was up to €95.4m but again ended in a rollover. The elusive numbers were 04-08-16-35-36-74 and the Jolly 31. The jackpot edges towards the 100m euros mark and will be €96.4m on Thursday. We’re still a fair way from the €163.5m SuperEnalotto jackpot won by a ticket in Calabria.
The jackpot in Tuesday’s Mega Millions draw was $120m but tickets just couldn’t match 14-17-25-48-58 and the Mega Ball 25. Tickets sold in New York and Illinois, USA, matched the five main balls to both win $1m. Last year, Wayne Harris from New York scooped a $105m Mega Millions jackpot. On Friday, the top prize will be $136m.
Wednesday’s Lotto 6 aus 49 draw had a €4m jackpot but it’ll be €7m on Saturday after tickets were unable to match 15-20-25-28-33-41 and the Bonus 05. There was a runners-up prize of €203,571.90 won by four tickets.
The Joker draw saw a single ticket win €396,536.50 after matching 0-7-7-2-7-3. More success followed in the Super 6 draw with one winner of €100,000 after their ticket matched 5-0-5-2-7-3.
The UK Lotto top prize on Wednesday was £11.4m but ended in a rollover. Tickets failed to match 05-19-29-34-40-45 and the Bonus Ball 57, and the jackpot rises to £14.3m on Saturday.
While a $559.7m Powerball jackpot winner from New Hampshire, USA, is trying to remain anonymous, other were trying to win the $164.2m jackpot in Wednesday’s draw. There were no jackpot winners with the elusive numbers 23-34-35-40-47 and the Powerball 10. The draw failed to produce any second-tier winners, unlike Karen Harger from Iowa, USA, who won a $1m Powerball windfall. On Saturday, the top prize rises to $184m.
