Another Lotto Jackpot Won on Saturday
Saturday’s Lotto draw saw one lucky ticket scoop the £4.1m jackpot. The success in the November 13 draw was the second jackpot win in the last four draws.
The numbers drawn out on Saturday were: 13-14-16-28-43-52 and the Bonus Ball 56. At the time of writing, the lucky winners(s) are yet to come forward to claim their fantastic Lotto prize. All we do know is that the winners didn’t use a selection totally made up of birthdays and anniversaries. If they had done, then there’d have been no jackpot win.
Andy Carter is the senior winners’ adviser at The National Lottery. He’s waiting for the lucky Lotto winner(s) to come forward, so he can help them cope with the changes this win will bring, advice that past winners have said has been very helpful.
Speaking about this latest win he said: “What fantastic news for a single-ticket holder who won the amazing £4.1m Lotto jackpot.” He urged players to check their tickets and then give the National Lottery a call to claim their winnings.
In all, the lucky winner of Saturday’s Lotto jackpot win will receive a prize of £4,101,869. The Lotto draw held on November 13 also produced another millionaire. One ticket matched five balls and the Bonus Ball to win £1m.
Series of wins
It’s been a good time to play the Lotto draw in the past few weeks. On October 30, one ticket landed the top prize of £11,042,269. The following draw ended in a rollover and then a special £20m draw was held. That saw no winner of the jackpot so there was a rolldown. That saw seven tickets each receive an enhanced £1,050,578 for matching five main balls and the Bonus Ball.
The next Lotto draw is being held on Wednesday November 17. That will have a jackpot of £2m, will we see a second successive jackpot being won? Choosing a single figure number might be a good idea. No single figure number has come out in the last two Lotto draws.
