A syndicate of twenty-seven co-workers from the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean area of Quebec in Canada are celebrating after winning a $23m Lotto Max jackpot in the August 4 draw.The Lotto Max winning syndicate work as accountants for Saguenay City Hall’s Finance department.
