Shopkeeper Ulrike Campbell had previously told reporters how she hoped the Irish Lotto jackpot winner would be a local. She commented, “A lot of people come in here to buy their Lotto tickets, but I hope it was someone who really needs the money. “Ever since that winning Irish Lotto ticket had been sold, the store had been buzzing about the big win. “So, we were all talking this morning and saying how amazing it is that one of us would have sold the ticket.
