June got off to a great start for a 15-strong Lotto Max syndicate from a car dealership in Trois-Rivières , which is in the Canadian province of Quebec. They won $20 million in the lottery draw held on June 3. Each will receive around $1.3 million.

Their win was discovered by Christian Dessureault at 6.30am. He quickly started spreading the news but every member still turned up for work on time that morning.

Plans for their windfall include early retirements and buying new cars and houses..
