EuroMillions lottery was first launched in 2004. It started out in only three countries but has expanded to six more. Those are United Kingdom, France, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal and Switzerland.
The game takes place on Tuesday and Friday, with the draw being held in Paris, France at 20:45 CET.
The UK Lotto is one of the original online lottery games. Available in the UK and across Europe, it’s drawn twice a week on a Wednesday and Saturday.
While the jackpots in the UK Lotto aren’t quite as high as the EuroMillions, it is still a very popular game.
The UK Lotto also features Must Be Won draws after five rollovers which increase your chance of winning.
Eurojackpot was launched in 2012 and is another lottery that you can enter from many countries in Europe.
Players from 18 different countries across Europe can play, and drawings take place every Friday evening at 9 pm local time in Helsinki. The jackpot starts at €10m and can rollover until it reaches the €90m jackpot cap.
The odds of winning the jackpot prize are higher than for EuroMillions.

Lotto 6 aus 49 is Germany’s favourite lotto game. It translates to ‘6 from 49’, which means that players need to match 6 numbers from a choice of 49.
It’s been a popular game since 1955 and can feature large jackpots. Draws take place every Wednesday and Saturday, and the odds of winning are 1 in 139,838,160.
SuperEnalotto is an Italian lottery, originally founded in the 1950s as ‘Enalotto’. It has evolved since then and has become one of the most popular European lotteries.
It has three draws per week, on Tuesdays, Thursday and Saturdays. SuperEnalotto sees huge jackpots and has no jackpot cap. On 13 August 2019, a massive €209m jackpot was taken down by a single ticket holder in Lodi (Lombardia), while on 30 October 2010 a whopping €177.7m jackpot was won through a 70-odds system played throughout Italy.
BonoLoto is another Spanish lottery, created in 1988. The aim of the game was to create an affordable game with frequent drawings.
There are six draws every week with one every day except for Sunday. The jackpot starts at €400,000 and will rollover until it is won. The largest BonoLoto prize was €7,7m won in Alzira (Valencia) in December 2018.
The third lottery in the UK, Thunderball offers smaller jackpots but more draws.
The jackpot is capped at £500,000 for each draw with drawings taking place on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
There are also fewer numbers to pick from, which gives players a better chance at winning.
La Primitiva is a very popular Spanish State lottery, founded on 1763 by the Marquis of Esquilache with the aim to collect taxes.
It’s drawn just twice a week on Thursday and Saturday.
Another successful Spanish Lottery, which takes place every Sunday. The full name is 'El Gordo de La Primitiva', which translates to 'The Big One of the Primitive Lottery.'
The jackpot prize starts at €5 millions and can continue to rollover and features no limit.
While this is titled El Gordo, players also refer to the main jackpot of the Spanish Christmas Lottery as 'El Gordo'. The Christmas Lottery is also available on Lottery24.
