EUROMILLIONS JACKPOT WON FOR SECOND SUCCESSIVE DRAW
The big win at the weekend was the EuroMillions jackpot being won for the second successive draw. A ticket sold in Belgium won the €17m top prize but the Mega Millions and Powerball jackpots continue to rise.
The SuperEnalotto jackpot will be €48.6m after rollovers on Thursday and Saturday. The numbers tickets couldn’t match on Saturday were 27-28-33-75-77-78 and the Jolly 20. Hopefully this draw will see a player follow in the footsteps of the €130.2m SuperEnalotto jackpot winner from April of this year.
After a Swiss ticket won the €162m EuroMillions jackpot on Tuesday, Friday’s draw had a €17m top prize and it was won by a ticket sold in Belgium. The winning numbers were 08-16-24-26-35 and the two Lucky Stars 03 and 11 (as they were on Tuesday). Seven tickets won the second-tier prize of €156,385/£97,370.70. Tuesday’s draw has a £14m jackpot.
The EuroJackpot draw had a €49m top prize but no tickets could get 12-15-32-44-49 and the two EuroNumbers 05 and 07. Four tickets each won the runners-up prize of € 493,312.50. Next Friday the jackpot is €61m.
In the USA, Friday’s Mega Millions draw had a $420m jackpot but another rollover means it’ll be $470m on Tuesday. The unmatchable numbers were 27-28-32-41-69 and the Mega Ball 12. Two tickets sold in California and Kentucky won the second-tier prize of $1m, just like ‘Mega Money Mamma’ from Maryland, USA, who won a million dollars playing Mega Millions.
After Wednesday’s £26.3m UK Lotto jackpot was won by three tickets with the owners having now claimed their prizes, there was a £3.37m top prize on Saturday. No repeat wins this time as tickets failed to match 23-26-30-32-37-39 and the Bonus Ball 05. Wednesday’s draw has a £5.3m top prize. There was more luck in the Thunderball draw with one ticket winning Saturday’s £500,000 top prize.
Back in the USA, the Powerball draw had a $253m jackpot but resulted in a rollover. The numbers tickets couldn’t match were 01-22-27-53-67 and the Powerball 15. Three tickets sold in Pennsylvania, Florida and New York made their owners millionaires just like the recent player in Maryland, USA, who won a $1m Powerball prize. Wednesday’s draw has a $282m top prize.
Saturday saw one ticket win the €1,218.692.12 Bonoloto jackpot. The La Primitiva draw held the same evening had a single ticket win the second-tier prize of €1,64,082.14 and on Thursday the jackpot will be €41.5m.
The Spiel 77 draw produced a jackpot win of €1,777,777 and three tickets each landed the €100,000 Super 6 jackpot.
