$4.8 million Set for Life Winner Can’t Stop Crying

How would you react if being told you’d just won $4.8 million? A woman from Gawler in South Australia just couldn’t stop crying after finding out about her Set for Life win.

Her amazing win came in the draw held on April 30. The lucky player will receive $20.000 a month for the next 20 years. Now that’s the perfect way to end a month.

The woman has asked to remain anonymous but we do know she is a mother and works in hospitality.  In fact, she was at work when receiving a phone call informing her of her Set for Life success.

No retirement

However, she has no intention of quitting work. “I love my job, so I don’t think I’ll be retiring anytime soon,” said the delighted player.

Plans for her winnings include upgrading the holiday that she and her partner have already booked. That’s going to be their first holiday in nearly ten years.

“This win on top of that is just magical, she said. “We’ll be able to enjoy ourselves even more.” The holiday is going to be in Australia but after this win, some overseas trips are on the way.
