Just Seven Days to the €130m (£107m) EuroMillions Superdraw

We’re just a week away from the next EuroMillions Superdraw. Will Friday September 26 see a ticket that was purchased from Lottery24 win the €130 million (£107 million) jackpot?

It may be September and people are talking about Halloween and even Christmas but this is only the second EuroMillions Superdraw of 2025. It’s the first to be held since March but there’s a good reason for the six month gap.

Second Superdraw

There was a EuroMillions Superdraw due to take place in June. However, the jackpot at that time was in excess of €130 million so it was cancelled. There’s no danger of that happening this month with tonight’s top prize being £46 million (€53 million).

We’ll definitely be having a Superdraw next week and hopefully we will see the second EuroMillions jackpot of the month. Already this month we’ve had a €65 million top prize won by a ticket sold in Spain in the September 9 draw.

The June EuroMillions Superdraw  ended in a rollover and the top prize kept on rising until the €250 million jackpot cap was reached. Eventually,  a ticket that had been sold in Austria won the EuroMillions jackpot.

Perhaps this Superdraw will begin us on a path to another jackpot cap being reached? Maybe a seagull might help you win a big EuroMillions prize?

We’re due a winner

Then again, no one is going to be upset about winning €130 million and we are due a Superdraw win. The last three EuroMillion Superdraws have all ended in a  rollover. The last time one produced a winner was in March 2024 when a Spanish ticket won the top prize.

Last year saw a September EuroMillions Superdraw fail to produce a jackpot winner. That wasn’t so in 2023 though when a ticket that had been bought in France won the top prize.

At present, the record number of EuroMillions jackpot winning tickets sold by a country is 132. That’s jointly held by France and the UK but will we see an outright leader soon? Only time will tell.
