Shocks Galore for £145,454 Postcode Lottery WInners

EIght neighbours from Cleethorpes in Lincolnshire, England have each won a £145,454 Postcode Lottery prize. One lucky player (who’s remaining anonymous) had three tickets and won £436,362.

Kayleigh is celebrating her £145,454 Postcode Lottery win. Her father is happy too even though his win was only £2,612.

How much?

The lucky player had no idea how much she’d won. Her hope was it might be enough to get her windows done. Then came the shock of this life-changing windfall. Kayleigh admits that “never in a million years” did she imagine her win would be so big.

Her husband Guy was busy working and was told the news in a very memorable video call.  “Jesus! I can’t believe that,” was his immediate response.

Kayleigh had been given a day off from her job at a local primary school. That allowed her to be at home when the Postcode Lottery came to the neighbourhood to present the prizes.

The couple are now planning house renovations and a sunny holiday abroad with their two sons Isaac (who wants some new football boots) and Isaac. They are soon to get a new puppy and just like  a $55 million Lotto Max winner  will be buying some doggy treats.

New garden fork at last

Another of the £145,454 Postcode Lottery winners is Bill. He loves gardening and now plans to finally get rid of his garden fork that is rather bent.

He described his win as being beyond his wildest dreams. Other plans for his windfall include getting a new driveway, buying some treats for family members and taking his wife Christine to Japan. Before all of that a champagne celebration and a Chinese takeaway was being planned.

Golfing holiday

Lesley works as a nurse and her win still hasn’t sunk in. Her husband Nigel celebrates his birthday soon and a big present is on its way, possibly golf related. They had been planning to go to a Warwick golf resort but that’s going to be “upgraded a bit now.”
