Did a Psychic Predict a $1.25 million Saturday Lotto Win?

Three of the eight $1.25 million winners from the November 8 Saturday Lotto draw have been talking about their wins. One claims that their success was predicted by a psychic.

That’s a lucky woman from Heathcote in Victoria, Australia. The delighted player found out about their Saturday Lotto win on the night of the draw. “We’ve struggled to sleep for the last two days,” she commented.

The big winner added that she felt “sick in the stomach” and her heart “won’t stop pounding!” Despite admitting that the past two days have been like “I’m stuck in a dream,” perhaps the win wasn’t totally unexpected as she explained.

“When I was 27 years old, a clairvoyant told me that I’d win the lottery one day” and now that’s just what has happened.

Gemma Marson-May from Kingswood in England  had a premonition of a big win, then won a £125,000 Postcode Lottery prize.

The Saturday Lotto win means that she and her husband will now “be able to enjoy a comfortable retirement.” It’ll also help with the cost of looking after their farm animals.

Long wait over

Also winning a $1.25 million Saturday Lotto prize was a man from Mount Waverley in Victoria. It’s a win that has been a long time coming. He’s been playing lottery draws for “many decades” and has finally won a jackpot.

All that time he’s been living in the same house. He had been considering buying some tools to carry out some home renovations but not anymore. Now after nearly 40 years there, the Saturday Lotto winner says: “I think I’m ready for a change.” 

Amazing Christmas

Another Victoria winner is a woman from Sale. The lucky player is used to “winning about nine dollars” and has already started spending her $1.25 million winnings. Not on herself but some treats for her beloved dog.

Now she’s looking forward to having “an amazing Christmas.” A trip overseas to visit family members is also being planned. In September  a couple from Victoria won $20 million playing Australian Powerball.
