EuroJackpot is a European lottery game. Launched in March 2012, it’s drawn once a week (on Friday) and plays out in similar fashion to the EuroMillions game. Unlike most Lottery games, which are played in one country only, players from numerous countries can take part in the EuroJackpot. Of course, this has one particular benefit – the jackpot is usually even bigger, as winnings are pooled from all participating countries. Plus, the rollover facility means the EuroJackpot jackpot can go as high as 90million euros!

Draws take place in Helsinki, Finland. EuroJackpot draws are made up of seven numbers; five main numbers plus two additional numbers, known as Stars. To win the jackpot, all you have to do is match all seven – that’s a guaranteed 10million euros in your pocket. And even if you’re not a big winner, you can still get your hands on some cash; just two main numbers and one Star number are required to win the smallest prize.

This is a lottery game designed to give as many players as possible a chance of winning, with 12 different EuroJackpot prizes available in every weekly draw. The odds of winning the top prize may be one in several million, but you know what they say – you have to be in it to win it! And why not buy a few EuroJackpot tickets instead of just one to improve your odds? You could even get your friends and family involved and split any winnings. Of course there are no guarantees, but multiple tickets will certainly help maximise your chances.

Keen to join the ranks of EuroJackpot winners? There are currently fourteen participating countries: Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
