It was a weekend of rollovers in the main European and American lotteries. The Mega Millions jackpot is now over a quarter of a billion dollars.
One ticket won the €1,645,972.70 runners-up prize in Thursday’s La Primitiva draw. No big winners on Saturday and Thursday’s draw has a €33m jackpot.
The SuperEnalotto jackpot will be €39.8m after rollovers on Thursday and Saturday. The elusive numbers on Saturday were 03-26-34-61-84-87 and the Jolly 67.
Friday’s EuroJackpot top prize was €18m but tickets failed to match 24-33-35-46-49 and the two EuroNumbers 05 and 09. No jackpot winner but one ticket was lucky enough to win the runners-up prize of €1,634,210. Next Friday the jackpot rises to €28m.
The EuroMillions draw held on Friday had a top prize of £32.776m but ended in a rollover. The unmatchable numbers were: 01-03-33-40-45 and the two Lucky Stars 03 and 04. One ticket won the second-tier prize of €1,067,133. Tuesday’s draw has a £40m jackpot, eight years ago Sharon and Nigel Mather from England scooped a £12.4m EuroMillions jackpot.
In the USA, Friday’s Mega Millions draw had a $227m jackpot but again no winner of the top prize. The numbers drawn were 23-30-40-43-66 and the Mega Ball 13. One ticket won the second-tier prize of a million dollars with the lucky ticket being sold in Florida. Bruce Shafer from New Jersey, USA, also won a $1m Mega Millions prize. On Tuesday the jackpot rises to $252m.
Saturday’s UK Lotto draw had a top prize of £16.44m but tickets were unable to match 25-42-48-50-55-58 and the Bonus Ball 44. Wednesday sees the jackpot up to £17.5m. Perhaps this will be the draw when £5.4m UK Lotto jackpot winner Deanna Sampson wins again.
For the second weekend in a row there was a Thunderball jackpot win with a single ticket winning £500,000 in Saturday’s draw.
Players were trying to win a $147m Powerball jackpot on Saturday but it’ll be $163m on Wednesday after another rollover. The elusive numbers were 02-18-19-24-34 and the Powerball 03. A ticket sold in California, USA, won the second-tier prize taking home $1m just like $1m Powerball winners Bill and Maureen Odas from New Jersey, USA.
There were four winners of the €417,497.90 runners-up prize in Saturday’s Lotto 6 aus 49 draw. Success in the Spiel 77 draw though with one ticket winning the €1,777.777 jackpot. The Super 6 draw had three €100,000 jackpot winners.
The weekend ended with a €652,494.80 top prize win in the Joker lottery. Last weekend the €15.9m El Gordo jackpot was won, this Sunday’s draw produced a €151,736.32 second-tier win.
