A man from the Sunshine Coast of Australia has won a double jackpot prize on the Gold Lotto, by accidentally buying the same winning ticket twice.The lucky winner, who is in his 40s but didn’t reveal any other details about himself, realised he had won his first prize after the Gold Lotto drawing on Saturday evening, and was already celebrating when lottery officials called to congratulate him on his other win. The lucky lottery player said that when the Lotto called him, his first reaction was one of shock, “Two?! Two?! Oh my god. I’ve got double that win?” the man exclaimed when he found out about his lucky mistake. I did buy two tickets. I’ve done it a few times now.
