The main lottery jackpots on both sides of the Atlantic ended with rollovers after the midweek draws. Hopefully some big wins will happen at the weekend.
The biggest win came on Tuesday with a single ticket landing the €1,953,258.18 Bonoloto jackpot exactly a week before Christmas Day. Monday’s Bonoloto draw also had one ticket win the runners-up prize of €186,726.61.
The SuperEnalotto jackpot was €77.9m on Tuesday but failed to produce a winner of the top prize. The elusive numbers were 39-61-68-69-70-86 and the Jolly 73.
There were no winners of Thursday’s La Primitiva jackpot of €71 million. Another rollover will see the jackpot go even higher for Saturday’s draw.
Tuesday’s EuroMillions jackpot had reached a bumper £83m but tickets were unable to match 01-09-18-39-48 and the two Lucky Stars 05 and 07. There were three second-tier winners receiving £203,580/€333,781.
In the USA, the Mega Millions jackpot was $284m on Tuesday but ended in a rollover. The numbers no tickets could match were 13-22-32-60-69 and the Mega Ball 09. One ticket did receive an early Christmas present by winning the runners-up prize of $1m.
Wednesday’s $262m Powerball draw also failed to produce a winner of the top prize. The numbers drawn were 15-29-31-37-43 and the Powerball 16. Two tickets sold in the states of Michigan and Washington, USA, had plenty to celebrate about after both winning $1m.
Wednesday’s UK Lotto draw had a £5.3m jackpot but tickets were unable to match 12-24-33-34-39-58 and the Bonus Ball 38. There was success in Wednesday’s Thunderball draw with two jackpot winners each receiving a fantastic £500,000.
There were two jackpot winners in Wednesday’s Lotto 6 aus 45 draw. Both winners see their Christmas spending budget increased by €500.000. Also getting a pre-Christmas boost were the two €100,000 jackpot winners in the Super 6 draw. The Joker top prize was also won with two ticket-holders both winning €100,210.40.
Seven tickets landed the Lotto 6 aus 49 runners-up prize of €115,007.80 the same evening.
